DuPont Senior Vice President John Hodgson Holds Town Meeting in China DuPont Senior Vice President John Hodgson recently held a town meeting with employees in Shanghai, China. During the meeting, John emphasized the importance of focus, marketing and innovation in the New DuPont. "It is time for us to re-orient ourselves and focus on customer needs and growth areas and encourage the organization to move faster and quicker," he said. John detailed DuPont's strategy for building world-class marketing and sales capability and for fostering a successful relationship between the businesses and functions. "SBUs need to involve the functions in business projects aimed at developing efficient ways of working together.
