China Resources Company would Intend to Acquire 20% Stock Ownership of Zhengzhou Gas Limited Company
After one year¡¯s negotiation, China Resources Company signed the framework cooperation agreement with Zhengzhou¡¯s Government on acquisition of 20% stock ownership of Zhengzhou Gas Limited Company by its listed company China Resources Enterprise, Limited in Zhengzhou. But the specific value is still under negotiation. Zhengzhou is the second strategic target of China Resources Company¡¯s acquisition after high-tech region of Suzhou£¬ which is also the first step of the all-round cooperation between the company and Zhengzhou¡¯s government. Zhengzhou Gas Limited Company was registered on December 18, 2000, and listed in Hong Kong on December 29, 2002.
