The Scale Industrial Added Value over Hundred Billion Yuan, the Industrialization in Hunan Obtained the Phased Outstanding Achievement

The information from the provincial statistics bureau today shows in the first 11 months, Hunan province has already finished industrial added value of RMB107.136 billion Yuan, up by 24.5% compared with the same period of last year. This is the first time that scale industrial added value in Hunan is over RMB 100 billion Yuan.

　　Scale industry can obtain tremendous development this year, that is the fruits of stressing the state owned enterprise reform and developing private economy for many years. In the first 11 months, the contribution made by state owned and private enterprises is nearly equal. State owned and state holding enterprises finish the added value, up by 21.1% compared with the same period of last year, to the contribution rate to scale industry growth is 51.4%.

On the record of merits of scale industry this year, traditional industry developed as well as new industry. In the first 11 months, the industries ranking top five on total supply and demand, which are tobacco products industry, black metal smelting and mangling processing industry, electric heating power producing and supplying industry, chemical raw materials and manufacturing industry of the chemicals, colored metal smelting and mangling processing industry, keep growing at high speed, finishing the added value RMB 51.457 billion Yuan up by 40. 1% compared with the same period of last year, to the contribution rate to scale industry growth is 54.7%.

Such new developing trades as pharmaceutical industry, communication equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries, developed very fast, and up by 26% compared with the same period of last year.

The speed and efficiency of scale industry increases is a pleasant thing. The rate of production and marketing accounted to 99.17% in the first 11 months.
