Work is scheduled for completion by August 2006. OCI owns 50% of BESIX Group. BESIX has been active in the Middle East for the last 40 years and has earned an exceptional reputation in the region. BESIX has successfully undertaken a number of prestigious projects including ETSALAT in Dubai, the Baynunah tower in Abu Dhabi, the headquarters of ADMA OPCO & ADGAS in Abu Dhabi, and the Emirates Tower Hotel in Dubai. BESIX is also part of the team building the 700-meter Burj Dubai which will be the tallest building structure ion the world. Working together with OCI, BESIX also undertook construction of the three tallest buildings in Egypt which included the Conrad International Cairo Hotel, the Grand Hyatt Nile Tower Hotel and the Nile City Towers complex.
