Rieter will take part in Shanghaitex from June 3rd until 7th 2005. Rieter will exhibit in hall 7 booth number 7D11 machines dedicated to the Chinese textile industry for the production of short staple yarn and filaments. Rieter in China
Rieter has supplied machines to China for more than 70 years and is among the recognized market leaders of spinning machines for the short staple fiber and filament process as well as for the nonwovens and pelletizing industry. Rieter employs over 300 people in China with its headquarter in Shanghai and offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Jinan and Urumqi to render sales- and after sales services. Recently Rieter established another office in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Rieter also operates a production plant in Changzhou, a service center including spare parts warehouse and a spin center in Shanghai.
Besides the participation in exhibitions like Shanghaitex, Rieter organizes special events such as Innovations Days and Road Shows in China in order to bring the latest developments and innovations directly to the customers. These events are well received by the customers and support the individual dialogue between Rieter and the yarn and filament manufacturers. It gives the opportunity to check the reliability and quality of the machines under running conditions and to discuss with Rieter experts.
