Notice of Right to Exercise Call Option on JPY40 billion Convertible Bonds
Tokyo March 2, 2005 ANA hereby gives notice that the right to exercise a 120% call option to redeem JPY40 billion euro-yen Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds issued on December 8, 2003 has arisen today. The bonds were due to run to term in 2013, and may be redeemed at their principal value with interest accrued.
It is yet undecided whether ANA will exercise the option.
The bonds in question are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
