Tridion Marketing Solution reduces time spent fulfilling marketing campaigns from weeks to days Interpolis ensures clearer communication with customers Interpolis, a major provider of insurance and retirement plans in the Netherlands, is the first to implement a Tridion solution which optimises online and email communication with customers. Tridion Marketing Solution (TMS) will enable Interpolis to reduce the time to market of campaigns, improve targeting and support brand consistency. Using its personalisation and analysis tools, Interpolis can communicate relevant information to each individual customer without costs increasing. Already it has enabled Interpolis to bring its entire marketing operation in-house, and significantly reduce cost and the time taken to produce campaigns from weeks to days. Mark Schiefelbein, product manager of TMS commented, “Interpolis’ primary means of communication with its customers, agents and employees is via email and its Web sites, so it is essential they could present a consistent message across these channels. Using TMS to manage all its newsletters, for example, enables Interpolis to improve brand consistency and ensure that their customers receive timely and relevant information.” Using TMS personalisation tools, Interpolis can tailor communications for individual customers. By having a single view of what information customers have accessed and when, marketing managers are able to re-purpose existing content to create highly personalised material. Responses to campaigns can be tracked in real time, since TMS allows Interpolis instant access to feedback on customer responses and actions. For example, managers can see whether an email has been opened or forwarded or if the customer has clicked on links to the website. “Each business unit at Interpolis is responsible for its own internal and external communication, but the previous method used for content production was no longer cost-effective or efficient,” remarked Gilles Albaredes, Chief Operations Officer of Tridion. “TMS has not only reduced the amount of time managers spend on campaign creation, but the analysis function also enables them to measure success and therefore fine-tune future ideas.” About Interpolis Interpolis is one of the largest and most advanced providers of insurance, pensions and business care.
